last friday at the world pickleball tour portland picklefest, i tried my hand at singles, and performed better than i’d expected! then on sunday i had the pleasure of joining doug once more for mens doubles.
i’m still a little peeved that doug beat me out for bronze in 3.5-4.0 singles. i shall not stoke his ego* by posting a pic of my his medal here 😤.
the final results yielded an improvement in my dupr ratings that i’m happy to share now with a soft launch of my pickleball ratings plugin:
